Construction and incorporation of the Savoie & Fils Inc. sawmill to salvage pallet shaving remains into pulp.

1992Modernization of processes

Construction of a new factory, using state-of-the-art technologies, to manufacture pallets.

1994Expansion

Merger of Cèdre Restigouche Ltd. and Savoie & Fils Inc. to form Groupe Savoie Inc.

Setup of kilning areas and the construction of a hardwood component factory to increase the value of graded hardwood.
